Delivery & Returns

 

🇬🇧 We offer free UK mainland delivery via Royal Mail.

Each keyring is handmade in the UK within 2-3 days, and delivery takes 2-4 working days.
We aim to have your order with you in 4-7 working days.

 

🇺🇸🇦🇺🇯🇵🇳🇿 International Delivery:
We now ship to the USA, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan for a flat rate of £9 via Royal Mail. Each keyring is handmade in the UK within 2-3 days, and international delivery typically takes 6-9 working days. Overall, we aim to have your order with you within 8-12 working days.

Returns:

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day after you receive your keyring(s). Once you notify us, you then have another 14 days to return the items. Please make sure they are returned in the same condition as received, securely packaged. You will just need to cover the cost of return postage (usually under £1 via Royal Mail).

To start a return, simply email us at team@barkersandco.com with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll reply with our returns address and instructions.

If an item arrives faulty, broken, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days for a full refund or replacement!
